Our Wagyu Marrow Bone is a delicious and easy way to get the health benefits of bone marrow’s collagen, nutrients, healthy fats, minerals, and protein. Split lengthwise like a canoe, the marrow comes right out once you roast the bones. When we’re not eating it straight out of the bone, you’ll find us spreading the marrow on bread or in tacos. We also simmer the bones with vegetables to make a nutritious bone broth that’s great for gut health.
